Twitter Bootstrap in #virtualreality using Unity3D

Learn coding in VR!

New project for #2020 (amongst a gazillion others)

This month I started with a project that I’ve been planning to do for a long time. The goal is to create an immersive experience, and highly interact-able course in virtual reality for learning twitter bootstrap, a front-end technology used to develop mobile/tablet/pc responsive webpages. More specifically to make the learner understand how items are placed horizontally and vertically on the grid system in bootstrap Why?
Why ?
According to my experience, when students are learning TWB they often have a conceptual disconnect as code is written line by line, like in a ruled notebook 🗒️ on the computer. For example if you look at a standard webpage, elements such as images, text often appear side by side rather than one after the other.

Phase 1: Creation of 3D assets

Right now the 3D models are getting made. It’s exciting to see it all take shape. There is alot of work to be done moving on thought. For example blueprint scripting the user actions, sound, adding in interactive lessons. For now I’m keep a simple game script on notion here ps: The above image is an inspiration. It’s actually a sticker on redbubble. Just incase you plan on suing me..
